Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account at app.justwetalk.com, accessing our application programming interfaces (APIs), or utilizing any services provided by JustWeTalk ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "User," or "You") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. WhatsApp Cloud API & Acceptable Use Policy

You represent and warrant that your use of the WhatsApp Cloud API adheres to Meta's Commerce Policy and Business Messaging Policy. Specifically:

• Prior Explicit Opt-In: You must obtain clear, affirmative opt-in consent from recipients before dispatching marketing broadcasts or notifications.
• Anti-Spam & Opt-Out: Every marketing broadcast must provide recipients with an unambiguous, simple mechanism to opt out (e.g. "Reply STOP to unsubscribe").
• Prohibited Content: You shall not transmit messages involving illegal goods, adult services, predatory lending, weapons, tobacco, or fraudulent pyramid schemes.
• Account Suspension: Violation of Meta policies or high recipient block rates may result in immediate rate-limiting or account suspension by Meta.

3. Account Registration & Dashboard Security

Access to your inbox, flow builder, and API tokens is managed via app.justwetalk.com/auth/login. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Fees & Meta Conversation Charges

JustWeTalk provides software-as-a-service access on monthly or annual subscription terms.

• Software Subscription: Billed in advance on a recurring cycle. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your account settings.
• Meta Conversation Fees: WhatsApp conversation sessions are billed directly by Meta via your Meta Business Manager or credit card on file. JustWeTalk adds 0% markup to Meta's published rates.
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable state, federal, or value-added taxes (VAT/GST).

5. Service Availability & SLA

We endeavor to maintain 99.99% platform availability for our dashboard and webhook routing engines. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. JustWeTalk is not liable for disruptions resulting from Meta upstream API outages or local telecom network downtimes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustWeTalk and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the WhatsApp Cloud API or any account suspensions enacted by Meta Platforms, Inc.
